A kitchen remodel touches nearly every trade in the house. Walls open up, plumbing and wiring move, cabinets go in square and level, counters get templated, and the floor, backsplash and lighting tie the room together.

Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot packed into them: plumbing, ventilation, waterproofing, tile and fixtures that all have to line up. We take a bathroom down to whatever needs replacing and build it back properly, so it looks right and holds up.

A finished basement adds real living space without adding onto the house. We frame, insulate, wire, drywall and floor the space, add a bathroom if you want one, and rebuild the stairs so the basement feels like the rest of the home.

When the house is right but the space isn’t, an addition is often the answer. We build additions that tie into the existing roofline, floors and trim, so the new room reads as part of the house instead of something bolted onto it.

A new floor only looks as good as what is under it. We check the subfloor first, fix soft spots and level what needs leveling, then lay hardwood, luxury vinyl plank or tile so it stays flat and quiet for years.

Custom carpentry is where a remodel starts to look like your house and nobody else’s. Our carpenters build accent walls, media walls, mantels, built-ins and trim on site, so every piece fits the room it is in.

Renovating several rooms at once is a different job from remodeling one. The order matters: what gets opened up first, when the trades come through, and when the finishes go in. Getting that sequence right saves time and keeps you from paying to redo work.
